Challenge Workouts week 3

 

Weekly completion challenge:

Between You and your partner complete the following in any order, You are allowed to chip away all week 

700 Wallballs 

600 walking lunges 

500 abmat situps

400 db snatch 

300 cals on the bike 

200 burpees

 

 

Accumulation challenge:

Minutes of cardio over 50% effort

The amount of minutes between you and your partner to complete any piece of cardio all week!
