Every time you break you must do a farmers carry down and back 1.5/1

15 min time cap 

If you finish before the 8 min mark complete a total of 2:00m HS Hold

Challenge WOD for week 1 of challenge 

Between you and your partner complete total number of burpees 
These cannot be done during your class hour, only before or after class. They must be performed at the gym! 
Total points for this weeks challenge will be ranked by team.

 

Extra 15 points this week - you and your partner must complete 15,000m on rower. This can be done over the week.
