35 Minutes to get as far as you can building in the ladder
1. 10 Box Jumps 24/20
2. 10 KB Swings 1.5
3. 10 Alt DB Snatch 
4. 10 Burpees
5. 10 HR Pushups 
6. 10 Goblet Squats 
7. 10 Hollow Rocks 
8. 10 Pullups
9. 10 KB or DB OHS
10. 10 Cals On AB 

*the workout starts at 1. each team will perform 10 box jumps. After completing 1. the team will then move on to number 2. they will then perform 10 kettlebell swings and 20 box jumps. As the team climbs the ladder, the amount of reps will go higher and higher. Every time starting a new exercise at 10 the next movement will be 20, 30, 40 etc in reverse order... So lets say the team is starting round 1. They will perform 10 box jumps. Round two will begin with 10 kb swings and 20 box jumps. Round three will start with 10 alt db snatch, 20 kb swings, 30 box jumps. Every round starts with the 10 and then adding additional 10 reps to the bottom of the ladder.
