proper ways to scale, dumbbells, piked position.

As many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:

50 Wall balls

40 Box jumps, 24″(20″)

30 Toes to bar

20 Chest to bar pull ups

10 Strict handstand push ups

 

Rest 3 minutes

As many reps as possible in 6 minutes:

50 Wall balls

40 Box jumps, 24″(20″)

30 Toes to bar

20 Chest to bar pull ups

10 Strict handstand push ups'
