I would like to congratulate everyone on another great Opens season. For the last 5 weeks, I have seen all of you guys giving 100% effort during your workouts. The Opens is a great time not only to test yourself against the rest of the Crossfit world, but also come together as a community. We saw many first time bar muscle ups, Prs on the snatch, and just some amazing times on these workouts. Great work to our NHCF community, and thank you to everyone who stayed after, judged, or just plain ole cheered someone on. The extra support means so much!
